Race Pattern Quiz
Skills to grow a thriving and deeply democratic life, organization, community…
and a world where no one stands alone.
We’ve found that individuals exhibit three patterns of thinking, belief, behavior, identity, and ways of managing fear related to 7 differences: race, culture, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and class. We call these patterns are Oneness, Strength, and Sensitivity. Each of these patterns has both assets and limitations. Ultimately, the goal is for each of us to integrate the assets of all three internally! The RPQ focuses on identifying your primary pattern related to race only. For a comprehensive measurement across all 6 socio-cultural locations listed above, take the PDA (Power of Difference Assessment) or arrange a group result for your organization.
