Power of Difference Model (PDM)
The PDM identifies three primary unconscious patterns (blind spots) related to difference — religion, race, class, culture, gender, disability, and sexual orientation. This foundational framework helps us understand how these patterns influence our perceptions, behaviors, and interactions with others. The model provides a map for personal growth without blame or shame. Join our free monthly online intro to the PDM, 1st Monday each month 12–1 EST.

One-on-one coaching sessions provide personalized guidance for leaders, DEI professionals, and individuals seeking to enhance their effectiveness across differences. Our coaching supports you to leverage your strengths, address blind spots, and develop practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments. First session is free — then $150 per hour, or packages of 3 for $300 or 5 for $500.

Join our supportive community to deepen your practice across differences. This free group (donations welcome) offers a chance to share ideas, connect with others on the journey, get support, work through scenarios, seek and offer accountability and feedback, etc. Tuesdays, Noon to 1.

We design and deliver tailored experiences for organizations and groups seeking to transform their approach to DEI. Rather than focusing on external change, our workshops help participants go inside, power-up, light up their mission and become, and inspire the change they want to see in their lives, organization and world.
