The PDA takes about 20 minutes to complete (70 Likert scale items and 15 demographic questions). When you’re finished you will be taken to a calendar to schedule your hour long consultation. Please email us with any questions: info@thesum.org. We recommend you complete the PDA in an environment with no distractions and in a time you can complete it in one sitting.
