Power of Difference Model (PDM)
The PDM identifies three primary unconscious patterns (blind spots) related to difference (religion, race, class, culture, gender, disability, and sexual orientation. This foundational framework helps us understand how these patterns influence our perceptions, behaviors, and interactions with others. The model provides a map for personal growth without blame or shame. Join our free monthly online intro to the PDM 1st Monday each month 12-1 EST. Register below.

Power of Difference Assessment (PDA)
Our groundbreaking assessment measures your current patterns (according to the PDM) and provides personalized insights about your unconscious approaches/blind spots related to our differences. The PDA creates a map of your assets and learning edges, allowing for targeted development. Available for individuals and teams. Standard price is $47. Register below.

Power of Difference Certification (PDC)
Our comprehensive certification program guides you through seven levels of development, integrating the assets of all three patterns. Each level (approximately 1 month) builds new capacities for standing in solidarity with ourselves first, then across differences, and finally, catalyzing meaningful systemic change without effort.

Diversity Leadership Coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions provide personalized guidance for leaders, DEI professionals, and individuals seeking to enhance their effectiveness across differences. Our coaching supports you to leverage your strengths, address blind spots, and develop practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments. First session is free: schedule HERE; $150 per hour thereafter or packages of 3 for $300 or 5 for $500.

Weekly Practice Groups
Join our supportive community to deepen your practice across differences. This free group (donations welcome) offers a chance to share ideas, connect with others on the journey, get support, work through scenarios, seek and offer accountability and feedback, etc. Tuesdays, Noon to 1, register below.

Customized Workshops
We design and deliver tailored experiences for organizations and groups seeking to transform their approach to DEI. Rather than focusing on external change, our workshops help participants go inside, power-up, light up their mission and become, and inspire the change they want to see in their lives, organization and world. Costs vary according to numbers of participants, facilitators, in person or online. Rule of thumb: ~$150 per hour per facilitator.
